Collective Cadastre of Public Infrastructure

Collective Cadastre of Public Infrastructure is main legal real estate register in Republic of Slovenia. It contains the data of artificial (constructed) objects of economical public infrastructure:

  • traffic infrastructure: highways, roads, railways, airports, ports
  • energetic infrastructure: electric, gas, oil network
  • communal infrastructure: water supply, canalization system, dust heaps
  • hydrology (natural resources)
  • other: electronic communications.


Economical infrastructure may be:

  • public:
  • owned by country: electric network, telecommunications, main gas-lines,
  • highways and other state roads, hydrology...
  • owned by local authorities (communities): local water supply, canalization
  • systems, local gas-lines, dust heaps...
  • private: cabel network, private telecommunications etc.


Evidences of economical infrastructures are very important because they can be:

  • the basis for spatial and environmental planning and necessary part for preparation of spatial documentation at municipal, regional and national levels, as well as spatial development strategies with urban and landscape designs, spatial orders and detailed plans
  • a part of construction permit documentation
  • the basis for accurate and quality managing with economical infrastructure
  • different takses calculations
  • the basis for investor and investments etc
