The demarcation of real estate (stake out)

Before the construction of a building with construction permit actually begins, the object should be staked out regarded to the terms and limitations presented into construction permit. The whole procedure consists of procedures needful for transfer of characteristic building points from graphical source (stake out plan) to nature. Resulted points are clearly marked and well protected what enables fast and easy reestablishment of potentially ruined or lost points. Surveying activity is concluded by achieving elevation of a ground floor.

Final stage is obligatory “papyrology” – to draw the minutes with all needful signatures and to transfer the resulted documentation together with stake out plan to investors.
