Geodetic plan

Geodetic plan is graphical representation of physical structures and phenomenon on, above and under Earth’s surface in various reduced scales, created regarded to several cartographic standards. The contents of a geodetic plan are spatial data about Earth’s topography, hydrology, vegetation, buildings and other engineering objects, land use, geographic names, geodetic points, administrative boundaries and many other physical structures.

Geodetic plan is compounded of two parts: graphical part of a geodetic plan and a certificate of a geodetic plan. Geodetic plan is an important graphical source for several spatial regarded working fields and it is a geospatial data basis of further project and technical documentation in building construction and a required part of a project of a construction permit.

We know it from experiences, that clients from different branches have several wishes and demands. Therefore, our first task before actual working activities begin is to accommodate the contents of a classical (state) geodetic plane with client’s interests and demands. That usually means, we have to reduce the data on a geodetic plan and produce a new one, which contains only the data strictly needful for further activities or analyses.

We are operating exclusively in 3D forms. Resulted geodetic plans can be lately upgraded with other thematic data, of course regarded to task’s needs.

Regarded to the preparation and the goal a geodetic plan our experts are most often involved into procedures for creation of geodetic plans for:

  • the preparation of project documentation in building construction
  • new land status (following concluded construction)
  • the preparation of site plans.
